How do I make the background tables transparent on myspace?
I want to make the tables transparent but I want to keep everything on them, I just want the background colour gone, so you can see behind the table.
Thank you.

Obviously this is an extremely broad question, but i’m more interested in the general translation. If someone received a high school education in Mexico, would they be considered educated in America (or conversely). What are the focuses of education in Mexico in comparison to America? Anything you want to add would be helpful as well. I’m looking at education for a cultural anthropology project.

My darling hubby and I are planning on pouring a concrete slab patio. We have a patio door that exits to this patio and needs about a three and a half foot flight of stairs. DH and I are a little confused about the most cost efficient way to construct steps. We want something that will go well with the concrete or patio stones so I don’t believe wood will work very well and we’re not sure exactly how to set up a frame to pour steps, set brick steps or build a frame that we can disguise with patio stones and concrete slab treads. I have enclosed a few links to pictures for the latter of the options. Thank you for any help!

Under the categories, Provincial Nominee, Skilled Worker, and the new Canadian Experience Class, what is the least amount of education required for Immigration to Canada?
Some people keep saying you need to have at least a 4 year degree or a baccalaureate etc to be qualified, yet the Canada Immigration website says you can qualify with less (2 year diploma, etc). So I’m just curious what should I believe and does anyone else have an idea of what the least amount of education is required?

I need to install a pier Foundation under existing concrete slab.
I was told that I can install some 36 inch piers under my existing concrete slab porch in order to enclose the porch inside my home. Can I do this by pouring the concrete on the side on the slab or do I have to take some of the slab up, install re-bar , etc. Any masonry tips would help.
If I excavate under the slap, should I use a sonatube, and how do I pack it so the bottom of the slab touches the pier?
One of the most difficult things of creating a business plan for a new pool hall is deciding what tables it needs. I want very good quality and long lasting, it’s not something that I think I should be thrifty about, but at the same time I want to make sure I get good value tables and am getting my money’s worth. A specific table or a specific brand would be nice so that I can get an idea.
If the education IRA and 529 plan I have for my son grows in value such that all education expenses are completely covered, what happens with the remainder? If there is a penalty, what is the rate?
